Emily deLisle joined the firm in 2024. She previously clerked for Hon. Sunshine S. Sykes of the Central District of California and was the Cozen Fellow at the Native American Rights Fund, with a focus on legislative redistricting and access to voter services in Indian country. Ms. deLisle graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2021, where she interned at NARF’s Washington, D.C. office and worked as a federal Indian law teaching assistant and research assistant. She received her B.A. in American History from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016.
